Low beam headlights not working on 2004 Pontiac Montana extended

I would check the fuses first. Headlights are typically on a separate fuse then the parking lights. If the fuse is fine check and see if the Bulb is burnt out but it is rare for both lights to go out at the same time.

HEADLIGHTS NOT WORKING

It can be faulty headlight switch or issue with its wiring. Or its faulty head light fuse.

Try replacing bulbs they could have both gone at the same time,I think it takes a 9006 bulb. You could check by pluging low beam plug into high beam bulb if it works the low beam bulbs are gone

make sure coolant is in radiator....if its full, thermostat may need to be changed.....if thats not it check heater coil

have your mechanic check the daytime running light relay and control module as failure is common.

yours is the fifth problem with the hid headlight kit,
have no idea,it may be their problem since people are having trouble.

I have the same problem and thought it strange that they both went out at once. Is there anything to the fuse theory??

either the headlight switch is defective or the dimmer is, it can't be anything else, do the hi beams work ok, have you tried wiggling the dimmer switch to see if the low beams flicker?

Check the battery voltage, if it is below spec, replace the battery, and most likely all of the symptoms will go away.
