1992 mazda 323 starts and dies after few seconds changed feul pump and filter checked fuel pressure 42psi changed plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor there is spark, even i checked 2 cylinder pressure it was 185psi even checked MAS and TPS they are okay any one knows what could be the problem or what should icheck and do to make my car running again it's engine is very clean with 182000kms only and made in japan....is there some one who could help me.
I'm glad you figured it out. However, the "white stuff in the tank" sounds like somebody might have put sugar in your gas tank. You should probably pull the tank down, drain it, and clean it out real good. Otherwise, you are likely to be taking your fuel rails and injectors apart again.

1999 Yukon Start Issue - I have replaced the octopuse, battery, fuel filter, fuel pump, still having problems starting in cold weather, sometimes after a heavy rain.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

the owner probably rerouted the fuel line because like my 92 chrysler lebaron v6 3.0 the fuel lines keep seeming to come off and the clamps always break. I have replaced the clamps 5 times in a month and replaced filters 2 times in 2 months. The only thing i could think of is that your fuel is being cut off possibly because there is no filter to clean all the junk out. Try putting a fuel filter on and see if that will work

Wow you have replaced a lot of stuff. Lets go back to the Fuel pump. When you replaced it did you replace the hose between the pump and the sending unit. These are common for splitting. Have you hooked up a fuel pressure gauge to check what pressure you have? It should be real close to 13 psi and should raise to at least 18 or 19 when you pinch off the return line.

the stalling problem i had with my 1992 mazda 323 i have solved them i took out the fuel pressure regulator from the fuel rail and i saw white stuff at the the end of regulator and inside the rail so i bought fuel injector rail from wrecker and bought new 'o' rings for the injectors i cleaned the rail and injector with throtle body cleaner and put the every thing back and my car started and running smooth.
