I'm glad you figured it out. However, the "white stuff in the tank" sounds like somebody might have put sugar in your gas tank. You should probably pull the tank down, drain it, and clean it out real good. Otherwise, you are likely to be taking your fuel rails and injectors apart again.

SOURCE: 1992 Chrysler LeBaron 3.0 L.

the owner probably rerouted the fuel line because like my 92 chrysler lebaron v6 3.0 the fuel lines keep seeming to come off and the clamps always break. I have replaced the clamps 5 times in a month and replaced filters 2 times in 2 months. The only thing i could think of is that your fuel is being cut off possibly because there is no filter to clean all the junk out. Try putting a fuel filter on and see if that will work

SOURCE: 1989 GMC 2500 5.7L - engine surges and stalls at idle. Loses power at cruising speed.

Wow you have replaced a lot of stuff. Lets go back to the Fuel pump. When you replaced it did you replace the hose between the pump and the sending unit. These are common for splitting. Have you hooked up a fuel pressure gauge to check what pressure you have? It should be real close to 13 psi and should raise to at least 18 or 19 when you pinch off the return line.

Will start but whren press on excelerator dies

Sounds like your vehicle is having a fuel delivery issue.. Check the following

a. Fuel Level
b. Fuel Pressure
c. Fuel Filter
d. Defective Fuel Pump

Probably you have just had a Fuel Pump Failure. You need to have someone put a fuel pressure gauge on your system to determine if it is a blocked Pump, blocked Fuel Filter or just No fuel.

It can also be you put in the wrong Fuel (had that happen to a few of my clients before.

Mazda astina 323 1991 hatchback cuts out turning right but only once half a tank of fuel is reached

Your pick up line in the gas tank either has a hole in it or is broken. This allows the fuel pump to suck in air and loose pressure. The M.A.P. sensor will then get a wrong readimg and cause the engine to die.. You will want to replace the fuel pump while you gas tank out and open.

My 1992 Mighty Max, will not start, its getting plenty of fire, but I don't tkink its getting fuel, what could be causing this?

If not getting fuel then the normal areas to check is the fuel filter, fuel pump but first the obvious is to make sure you have fuel in the tank. If this engine has a carburetor, remove the air filter houseing and pour a small amount of gas into it. Try starting it. If it starts and then dies it is a fuel delivery problem. If it wont start even temporily then I'd check things like wires, plugs, timing, etc (stuff to do with delivering a spark).

I have a 92 mazda 929, my fuel pump went out so I put in a new one, it started up, then died and now it won't start. What's the problem? I changed all the spark plugs as well.

well it started first time ,then stopped so the fault lies with the fuel pump ,is the multiplug connection secure ,is the earth ok ,could it be a faulty motor from the scrapyard??
