Long lag time and service manager said GM has to issue a fix before it can be solved, I have less than 2000 miles on my Verano.
Tell dealer to do a trans flush with a TECH II and reset the trans adapts and should be good, this is all done by a electronic tool called a Tech II
Testimonial: "Your answer was helpful when I asked GM Buick div. for a solution. They are getting back to me after Easter. Will let you know what they say."
I retired in 09 and this was what I did in the factory was diagnoise/repair trans in a gm cadillac plant, believe me they are always updating software for problems like what you are having, and like I said the Tech ll wil do a trans flush electronically by causing high pressure through the valve body and then it resets the trans adapts afterwards and the trans will shift smooth as silk and goes through a learning process as to how the owner drives and will adapt to that. Good Luck
