how can i get ezpass for out side the car over the license plate, because i can't put inside the car there is a big box with lots of monitoring system on the windshield

Hello, Johnson -

Despite other equipment on the interior windshield of your vehicle, you still don't want to put an E-Z Pass transponder on the exterior of the vehicle. On the exterior of the vehicle it will be easy for someone to steal.

I believe the E-Z Pass transponder is supposed to be placed in the upper part of the interior windshield on the driver's side.

Best wishes.
