No Accident, but the Airbag Light came on?
Airbag Light just turned on one day? If the vehicle was not in an accident or bumping anything then most likely there is a bad connection somewhere or one of the parts gone bad. If vehicle not in an accident: The parts that could have gone bad are: airbags, seat belts, impact sensors. To know exactly what the issue is, take it to a body shop and have it scanned to get codes that will tell you what the issue is.
If the vehicle was in an accident, then you can send the airbag computer module to us to be reset.
Can I just clear the codes myself with my handheld scanner?
