Hello . first check the fuses , then find the flasher its self .Usually in the fuse panel down by where your feet go or in the glove box . Check the manual to see where its located . Its usually about an inch square or an inch round and just pulls out to replace it .

You can try the autozone website, make a free account and put in the vehicle information then look for the free repair guides. It has electrical info. If they dont have it there is a site called ALLDATA and they will have it but it is not free.

On a 4-cyl they are on top of the engine in the midline of the cam cover. On the V6 they are at the front and back of the engine as you look at it, 3 each bank. The back 3 on a V6 are especially difficult to get at, and I'd recommend removing the intake plenum to get at them. I have a radio wire connector on a 1994 Toyota Camary and the color don' match your list, here is my list.
2 reds, one silver dot, one double silver dot.
2 blacks, same as above,
2 greens, same as above.
2 whites, same as above.
2 browns, same as above,
1 white w/green stripe, two silver dots
1 black w/red stripe, one silver dot.
1 yellow, two silver dots.
1 blue, two silver dots.
the numbers on the connector are A02 16 14 11264 9 8.
I'm clueless which wire are which.

Cigarette/radio is a 15amp fuse located in the panel, middle row, bottom fuse. Basically you have 3 colums and 4 rows of fuses in there.

It is a 15amp fuse probably the only one in the bank as they changed positions of the fuses for different models but try the bottom left corner if the fuse box

doesn't really matter just use a bucket and mix 1/2 and 1/2 in the bucket then pour that into the radiator. It is supposed to be mixed first anyway.

Check your heater core inside your vehicle, now days their made so cheaply that they don't last long. I had the same problem that you're dealing with, no leaks to be found and discovered that my heater core was leaking inside the cab just enough to smell and I went thru 3 new ones in a week and a half.

Consider a possible fault in the ECU, the computer. It can't be repaired internally, and really the only way to be sure is to trial a replacement. It has to be from the same model, trans and engine. The motor needs replacing not adjusting. If you can help the window do up and it stops at the top, it's 'adjusted' properly. You could pull the door panel and maybe lube the motor/drive and cables. It might work a year or a day. But while you have the door panel off why not just put in a whole new unit. It's just as much trouble to 'fix' it as it is to replace it. You could limp thru by spraying some silicone in the window track.
