1992 Toyota 4x4 Pickup. Overheating. Where's the

For many of the 90's and 2000's Toyota various models - Camry, Tacoma, 4 Runners, Corolla, and some other models it is usually caused by temperature sensitive fan switch on the radiator not operating. Electric fan on the radiator should operate when temp above 200 degrees. Less often the control relay 90987-03003 is defective. Check if bubbling in the radiator smells like exhaust. That would indicate a blown head gasket. A jumper wire from your marker light positive to the lower contact in the fan control relay socket will operate your fan when parking lights are on. The larger vehicles with more powerful radiator fans will need a hefty jumper from a headlight positive to avoid overheating the lighting wiring. Make sure the engine is off and warmed up to check the radiator core with your hand to see if it is getting circulation. If it is all cold the thermostat might be stuck.

The brake lines ruptured above the gas tank, i replaced them..

Bleed the master cylinder and then rebleed the brakes. If you are still getting a spongy pedal after this then your master cylinder is bad.
Please rate this and let me know if this solved your problem.

1992 toyota pickup won't start and battery won't charge

Sounds like your battery is just too dead, has enough juice to light up the system for a minute but cranking drains it and if it wont charge then deff fried, you could try removing the battery and starting the car with cables to confirm the starter still works. If a bettery is too dead then when you are jumping it, it takes to much of the power just trying to get through the battery.

Do you have to bleed master cylinder on 106 if master cylinder resorvior is empty

You don't have to bleed the master cylinder, you are going to have to prime it and bleed your entire brake system again. When you are bleeding your breaks you never let the reservoir run dry or the master cylinder starts to push air through the entire system. Not just on the line running to your front caliper. This is probably the reason you aren't getting pressure even when you pump the breaks.

Sounds like rubbing or grinding, a constant on/off as if the drum were warped

sound like something catching on the wheel or something in the tyre, if it was a bearing it would rubbing sound constant, could be the splash guard catching, any accident can cause movement and could catch, jack the wheel up and spin it look in the tread, test bearing hands 12 to 6 and 3 to 9 and wiggle the wheel any excessive movement it could be the bearing or the lower ball joint. you need a 10mm gap disc and splash guard, if the gap is too small bent it back. .

22r. Where is engine side brake booster vacuum line connection?

engine vacuum is used to help the brake booster, that really large circular thing behind the master cylinder for the brakes, so it is possible that the brake booster is bad, it happens with high mileage vehicles, check with a brake shop, usually they offer free inspections.

Why does in run bad when cold as soon as it warms up she purs

Here is a maybe, based on my having had problems just like this. There is a solenoid/switch that screws into the engine block that senses the temperature of the engine/coolant and adjusts the timing through the computer to enrich the fuel mixture ( an electronic "choke"). If and when this sensor goes bad, you will get rough running when cold, as the sensor is not telling the computer the proper engine temperature. I have had to replace 3 of these on the cars I service in the last 6 years. God bless your efforts.
