you will have to replace the seat belt assy to fix this.

might need new wiper motor but check fuses first.

Seat belts are not fixed they are only replaced.

More than likely you have a fluid leak of some kind that is coming in contact with the exhaust.

should be with all the other fuses in pannel

I had a problem with starts on my 98 sc2, did it twice only, but it would start up, shake a bit then shut down like it wasn't getting fuel, or a wrong mixture. Replaced the coolant temperature sensor and starts / idles like new now... goodluck

look for the knob that controls the brightness it could be set to dim position

Sounds like thermostat or water pump may be going, check fluid levels and belt condition and tensions. a lower temp thermostat may help

I use AutoZone website, they have free manuals available online. Plus at least in my area they are the most helpful.

You'll have to get a test light. Find a good ground and see if you have power to the bulb sockets. You probably don't. Then, just keep poking the wire from the socket back until you find power... or a broken wire. Check the ground on the bulb socket.
