CAR WILL NOT START TURNS OVER THATS ALL
I have a bad feeling that your fuel pump is gone or a wiring problem. the fuel filter if not on the outside then it's in the tank. Try to bang the tank when someone is cranking it over. If it starts you need a fuel pump

Front passenger side makes loud
It could be almost anything, but it sounds like you may have lost a front cv joint. Jack the front of the car up and put jack stands under it, and reach in and try wiggling the shaft that comes out of the transmission, one on each side, and goes to the center of each front wheel hub. If you can move one at all other than turning it, it will need to be replaced.

What is ideal rpm at idle speed on kia sportage 2001
The ireal RPM's is about 820 +/- 50. Slighly lower is you happen to have a standard transmission. Below is a description as far as testing your idle. The vehicle sets the idle speed through the computer through several sensors. It is not adjustable. Hope this helps....

No start 2001 kia sportage
Make sure that you have all the wires to the positive cable hooked up. It sounds like you've either had a wire that you've possibly left off, or a ground wire problem. Is there a power distribution box next to the battery? Check it for corrosion and at the banjo clamp at your battery for corrosion as well.

Why are my turn signals, daytime running lights and low beam lights not work?
The diagram is left rear turn. For the turn signal, the top wire is voltage and the bottom black wire is ground. If the other lamps in that assembly work, the ground should be ok.
At the moment, I suspect you flasher or a wiring circuit problem. For rear turn signals, red wire with white tracer and red wire with blue tracer are the voltage wires for right and left turn at the rear. If you missing voltage, I'd have to use test light and start testing.
