Engine overheat, A/C shut off, fan hot

Chances are that your engine is ok. Bad engine overheating can seize the engine. Less extensive overheating can crack the engine especially the cylinder head and lead to power loss or mixing of water and engine oil. If water is mixing with oil, the oil looks milky. If your car is not losing power and the oil looks normal then chances are that there was no damage to your engine.

Just make sure that whatever caused the overheating in the first place is sorted out - perhaps the radiator flushing resolved the cause of the overheating.

Engine oil consumption one liter per 3000 KM.

It depends on why/where the oil is going. The following discussion presumes there are no visible leaks, Be sure and check the drain hole on the bell housing for oil leakage. If you are using a low viscosity non-synthetic oil, and are in a hot climate, and you routinely drive at freeway speeds, up to 15% of the oil will evaporate!! The rate it is using is not 'excessive', and is no concern unless it increases over time. It is actually PREFERRED (for long engine life) to have some consumption requiring fresh oil addition between changes. Another sneaky cause can be a mis-marked dipstick leading to overfilling the crankcase. Next oil change, carefully note the oil level after running a few minutes, letting it sit 5 minutes then checking--with ONLY the manual stated quantity (use only the amount specified) You might try running the oil level near the minimum level to see if the rate of use decreases.

At speed 100 km wheel steering start vibration

There are several reasons for this kind of vibration and it can be a combination of both. First; Tires out of balance. Second; Slipped belts in the tire itself causing it to become out of round. Third; Struts or shocks leaking oil and a harmonic vibration starts at speed. In every case above it is time to get the vehicle checked by knowledgeable techs asap as this will lead to more costly repairs and possible loss of control of the vehicle.

I have a 2002 Hyandai Elantra. It has been dying

you have a short in a wire. Best way to trouble shoot this is with a meter on the battery . Pull out on Fuse at a time until the Draw on the battery stops. Then see what that fuse operates and go from there.

Loosing water from water from radiator, no leaks, car is hard to start when has been ran for awhile.

Sounds like a blown head gasket. Check your oil make sure it doesn't look like milk on the stick or it could be coming out your tail pipe
