Pull the MAF off and see is the wire across it is clean. If it's clean, not the problem. If not clean, go to auto parts store and get the spray cleaner just for this situation and clean it. That wire has to be unobstructed. It regulates all fuel flow as air passes over it from the butterfly/throttle valve.

Sounds like a timing belt has snapped. If it is an interference engine, the engine could be ruined (pistons hit the valves and bend them). Check gates belts to see if it is an interference engine. Belts normally snap at 80,000 to 120,000 miles.

Check coolant level.

Make sure the timing marks are aligned, or the system has not been disturbed (if that's the way you fly). Starting at the crank, work counter-clockwise keeping tension on the belt. So, crank to oil pump, around idler pulley, around camshaft, and behind the tensioner arm/pulley. NOTE: this is for the 2.4l SOHC 4G64 engine

Loosen the pivot bolt on bottom of alternator, tensioner slide bolt on pulley side of alternator, then back off the tensioner (which is the long bolt).

You only need to drain enough coolant to bring the level below the thermostat housing (1 - 2 quarts). The housing is attached to the upper radiator hose, next to the valve cover.

Possibilities: wheel out of balance, bad ball joint, bad tie rod end, wheel bearings, CV-joint, bad tire, bent rim.

Remove the transmission drain plug and drain. Close plug and refill at the transmission dip stick port. Do not over fill! Put in only the amount you take out. Don't go by the specs of the vehicles amount unless you are able to evacuate the whole system. If you want a complete change, then take it to an oil change shop.

Under the driver's side dash, behind the fuse block.

They are in the fuse block in the engine compartment. It is next to the passenger fender and the air cleaner box.

You are low on brake fluid, the handbrake is engaged, or the switch on the handbrake needs to be looked at. If it is the ABS light, there is a problem with the ABS system. The brakes will still work fine, you'll just have regular brakes with no ABS.

The tail light will be held on by scews, remove the screws to remove light assembly, then you can access the wiring to the stop/ tail light bulb, which Wil be a split bayonet 5w/21w 12V.

It is 1.75 - 2.5 ft lbs. Don't use a chemical sealant on the gasket (silicone, etc.)

I know on the Talon model, if you cycle the ignition switch ON OFF ON OFF ON within 5 seconds, then the power loss/check engine light will flash out the ALDL trouble codes with a 4 second pause in between each trouble code as follows:-

lets say for instance trouble codes 23 and 45 were stored. They would be displayed like this:-

lamp illuminates for 2 to 3 seconds as a bulb check then goes out

lamp then flashes 2 times, pauses, then flashes 3 times

4 second pause

lamp flashes 4 times, pauses, then flashes 5 times.

Your overdrive band is broken this is an internal trans problem

Is it an automatic transmission? If so, drive it for about 15 minutes to warm it up and won't go into O/D. Park with car left on, and do this while watching the revs. Put into neutral, then back into drive, if there is any distinct rev lowering when its put into drive, with a bit of a shake doing so then its most likely your torque converter in your trani. Rebuild or replace are your two options.
