My 2005 Jeep Wrangler has a "rotating" clunking
when you say you had a defective rotor turned do you mean it was skimmed due to warping.if so, skimming is not any good for a warped rotor, replace both sides with new asap,or the vibration will cause bushes to fail at worst.
warped rotors are the bain of all modern cars as makers dont use ventilated types (too expensive)

Jeep over heats when running a/c i changed the
Hi. Issue could not be your AC. check the cooling system of your Jeep. Try putting a coolant first and observe. If same thing happens check the water pump. it might not running perfectly that causes the water not to circulate properly.

Maintain to receive and issue stock item
You'l need to assign each dumper with a work order with specifics of procedures done each day to the vehicle, and expected maintenance for each day. Each vehicle will obviously have an assigned number to track and a worko procedure for each task and by whom. You can make a list in Excel for easy tracking.

P0057
A p0057 code is related to the heater circuit voltage for the bank 2 sensor 2 Oxygen sensor. The PCM (computer) controls a heating element inside the O2 sensor that helps the sensor reach a high temp in order for the O2 to start working faster. It seems this circuit is not working, therefor the PCM alerts us by displaying a trouble code. In most cases, replacing the O2 repairs this code.

2oo5 jeep wrangler where is blower moter resistor
The resistor pack is located behind the glove box. With the glove box out look to the bottom right there will be several harnesses down there, the one you are looking for is held in by 2 bolts (8mm i believe). Remove those two bolts, it will be tricky (there's not a lot of wiggle room). once removed slide the harness out and unplug the resistor pack. I found it helps to remove the harnesses close to the resistor to give yourself more room.

How do i get the valve cover off in my jeep i took
be sure that you have indeed taken all the bolts out. There should be one way in the back as well. If you are absolutly sure they are all out then take a flat head screw driver or a chisel and along where the gasket would be gently set the point end of the tool you use on that gasket and tap with your palm or a hammer. The gaskets dry to the surface and it takes a bit to break it free. Let me know what happens. Don't worry about the gasket as you will need to replace it when the cover is off any way. The Raz

Front brakes on a 2005 Jeep Rubicon
Once you take the caliper bracket off, the rotor should just fall off. If the Jeep stops without any vibrations I would leave the rotors alone., unless they are scored badly from brake pads worn out and metal to metal.
