If that doesn't fix it, you need an auto electrician or an alarm installer to check operation of the fob to see it is is putting out a signal, and to check the modules that open the door and operate the security. A bi-directional scan tool computer is the only method to diagnose communication issues.

Without a Chrysler diagnostic/ calibration machine, I don't think you can do anything. Have you tried disconnecting your battery, wait 10 minutes and reconnecting it?

The speedometer on a 2004 Grand Charokee gets its signal via the PCI data bus from the ABS control module. Both rear wheel speed sensors are used for the speed signal.

You need to replace the drive side window controller. It not a switch but a small computer. Your security code is stored in this module also so that's why FOB doesn't work. Be warned however this type of issue suggests it shorted out, the body control module may also be damaged.
