why?

which engine.2.2 or 3.2. there are 3 engine in USA. used

A misfire alarm typically means the coil pack mounted above the sparkplug indicated in the misfire had gone defective.
To test it, swap the coil pack with another cylinder, and see if the misfire goes from #2 to the cylinder you put it on.
If the misfire continues to be on #2, then consider changing the sparkplugs.

Check to see are the brake lights going off. If not, it's still in overdrive and killing the engine by dragging it down too low at stops. The explosions are caused by the fuel mixture being set too lean.

COMMON CAUSES FOR MIS FIRING ON 1996 ISUZU RODEO V6
You fried the coil drivers , If you have B+ voltage going into those coils an they are new coils ,there is no control ! You have three wires to each coil ,one is B+ voltage ,one goes to what the wiring diagram calls a coil driver an the other looks like a ground symbol an says common chamber. You should be able to test for control with a test light. Go on youtube an watch a few scanner Danner videos on testing electronic ignition systems .
