Do you have the "firing order" correct? In other words, is each spark plug wire going to the same cylinder it was on before you changed the plugs? If you have done nothing else but changed the plugs then this is the most likely problem.
If when you try to start the car it backfires through the exhaust or backfires through the intake. Then this " IS" the problem. Good luck.

Check the voltage on your battery. When the battery is low, you will still have lights and what not but not enough juice to start the car. Check the condition of your battery cables especially your ground. If everything check out fine, your problem may be a bad starter or the solenoid. If you replace the starter, replace the solenoid with it. Be sure to check the cable from the starter solenoid to the starter.

Replaced ICRM ??? The CCRM - the constant control relay module controls the cooling fans along with input from the PCM - engine computer . Engine coolant temp. sensor is a input to the PCM . Wiring diagram here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html

try resetting the inertia switch the owners guide might tell where it is located at some are under the hood in the trunk, or in a kick panel around under the dash

run the fault codes to check for the problem Most likely in the ambient temp sensor , baro sensor or MAF/VAF sensors

Just cap it off or plug it somehow.

The radiator takes antifreeze ! The trans fluid goes in the trans mission only ,not in the radiator ! Try you tube !

I don't have the diagram but I can get you one and post it. I have taken many of these apart, Is there any questions I can answer. I know the AXOD-E like the back of my hand.

check the drive system for the distributor ford employ a shaft that drives the oil pump and if the oil pump is under undue stress, it strips the gear or breaks a shear pin all the gear is driving is a distributor shaft and in the first instance could be a seized bush for the shaft but with replacements failing I would be looking further afield , like an oil pump

may just need cleaning with carb cleaner.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve Removal

1. Disconnect battery ground cable (14301). Refer to Section 14-01 .
   

1. Disconnect the engine control sensor wiring (12A581) from the idle air control valve (IAC valve) (9F715) at the idle air control valve electrical connector.
   

1. Remove the two idle air control valve retaining bolts.
   

1. Remove the idle air control valve and idle air control valve gasket.
   

Installation

1. NOTE: If scraping is necessary, be careful not to damage idle air control valve gasket surfaces, or drop material into intake manifold (9424) or throttle body (9E926) (depending upon application).
   
   Clean idle air control valve gasket mating surfaces.
   

1. To install idle air control valve, reverse Removal procedure.
   

1. Tighten the idle air control valve retaining bolts to 8-12 Nm (71-106 lb-in).
   

Does the vehicle have auto lamps ? There would only be a relay if the vehicle had auto lamps ! An does it happen in auto or regular headlamps ?

Your best bet is finding a shop book for your car. Just asking for a diagram is too general.

Cleaning Throttle Bodies

There really isn't a step-by-step set of instructions with visual aid. It is simple to do a swap out. The module is located on the driver's side firewall under the rubber/plastic cover where all the wiring feeds into.. Two fasteners to remove the module with connector attatched and one more in the middle holding the connector to the module.

If you have a distributor, the tfi module, is a known problem on some ford models. How long since a tune-up?

does putting heater on hot prduce hot air.on full with fan on does it reduce temo?is ur radiator fan coming on? hard to give one answer.as dont know if its overheating in traffic or on the move?there could be air stuck in pipes slowing water flow.or a pipe/radiator blockage so coolant doesnt get to flow around engine so it gets hot.u could check radiator by touching see if hot or cold where pipes enter(prob switch off engine first) try bleeding system squeesing pipes to push air out

Check and replace the vacuum lines, one at a time. Clean the throttle body and mass air flow sensor if you have one.
