recheck connection and wiring --if good than replace old one and c if it starts if it does return new one if no start start check wiring and ignition or see if another code popped up

You must have v-6 or v-8 engine , bank determents the side of the engine and on yours bank 2 is the passenger side, an sensor 1 denotes before the catalytic converter .You vehicle has three o2 sensors ,two before the cat an one after .Up stream means before catalytic converter. / downstream after the catalytic converter .

Under the hood passenger side. You will have to cut into the panel to remove to blower and then silicone it after replacement

using a test light check the fuses with the key on as some fuses are only powered when the key is on. check both sides of the fuse.

It sounds like a wheel balance problem. Normally wheel balance produces speed specific vibration in the front wheels and steering. To me this sounds similar, caused by one or both rear wheels being seriously out of balance. Get them balanced and ensure that they are both at the SAME pressure.

Is the engine warning light on in the dash? Need to check the codes. There is a way to do it without an analyser using the ignition switch. Varies from car to car so ask a technician.
