Why does the fuse for the dash and tail lights blow when I turn on the lights? It started when driving a few miles on the freeway.

Ben, it could be something as simple as a bad tail light bulb or socket shorting out. Check all tail light bulbs, sockets and wiring for damage burnt etc. Does it blow immediately, or when you turn lights on, or when you use left or right signal, or when brake is applied? this can help trace problem.

I have a 93 Mazda mx6 Ls... Everytime I step hard

When my MX6 was doing this it turned out to be an hydraulic leak from the clutch master cylinder, which runs on the same fluid reservoir as the brakes. Clutch master cylinder replaced and all good again!

What is the hold button for?

When working properly the hold button when pressed will hold the transmission from shifting gears until each gear is at the very top of the range. It is similiar to sport mode in other vehicles. It will allow for faster speeds during acceleration, but uses more fuel.

How to align headlights

Are your headlights beams too high? too low? Then bear with me and maybe I can help Horizontal headlight adjustment is easy. See the screw on the inside top of each light? turn the screw left and your headlight beam goes outward; turn the screw right and the beam goes inward, (toward the center.) Okay now Vertical adjustment is a little more involved. Start by removing the corner lens; take out the screw on top of the headlight and pull the corner lens forward. This will allow you to access two 10mm bolts holding the headlights in on the sides. Remove those, along with one 10mm nut on the backside of the headlight assembly (near where your bulbs plug in). Remove your headlight bulbs carefully - I usually put a paper towel around them to protect them from dirt and oil. Now the only thing holding your light housings on are the horizontal adjustment screws. Just slide the screws out from the lens, and then remove the headlight from the car. If you look at your headlights now, there is another screw that looks just like the horizontal adjustment screw. In order to adjust this, you need to remove the 10mm bolt labeled "A". Now slide the plastic headlight base off of that bolt. The whole plastic base will now be free to swivel on the adjustment screw. What you need to do now is to turn the plastic base around the screw; if you turn it clockwise or right, it will lower your headlight beam when reinstalled. If you turn it left, it will raise the beams. I ended up only turning each side lower by one revolution. You shouldn't need more than one or two turns. It also becomes hard to slide the housing back over the "A" bolt after two turns. If in doubt about whether the beams will be raised or lowered, on the final pic you can see the clean area of the bolt on the left side. if you lengthen this side, it causes the beam to go down. Its really easier to understand as you are doing it, if this does not seem clear. Just use some common sense and you'll see what I mean. Installation is the reverse of removal.

You could try this page: http://www.partsgeek.com/ymm/1993/mazda/mx6.html?sort=pop&scat=engine_electrical Without knowing the name of the part you could look at the different connector and match one up. Good luck!

93 mazda mx6 (v6) no spark.

Coil resistance is not a good way to determine if the coil is good or bad. It might still need replacing. Check to see if your getting a pulse signal to the coil. You can do this by hooking a milivolt test light to the trigger wire and ground. If it doesn't flash as you crank the motor, check out your pickup coil in the distributor. Some of them you can change. Some you have to replace the entire distributor. Sometimes oil will leak into the distributors on certain models which use an optical pickup. If this is the case, change the seal to fix the oil leak and GENTLY clean the optical sensor and photo wheel.
