Windows open by themselves when car is locked

It sounds like the remote needs to be replaced. On a lot of the remotes when you hold in the unlock button for a few seconds the windows will go down. This can happen when you least expect it like when the remote is in your pocket.

How to adjusting the clutch on a2005 ford focus it

The clutch pedal is not adjustable, its all hydraulic, its not a cable. One thing to try would be to make sure it's bled thoroughly. The clutch might have some air in it.

2005 Ford Focus. Dashboard dead, no brake lights and blinkers.

AutoZone have some funny ideas! Problems like this are very hard to diagnose. Call out a local auto-electrician. You need someone with a pro grade scan tool and access to wiring schematics and the knowledge to use both.

2005 Ford Focus wouldn't start, I turn the key all the way radio works, all dash lights,No starter click or anything. Fuel pumps kicks on, replaced neutral safety switch and starter still nothing...

You have to check all fuses and relays first before you start replacing things chasing the problem and spending $$$$$$$for the wrong reason was this the same issue before you changed the neutral safety switch yes/no? That switch has to be adjusted on most cars before it will start anyway go to your battery cables check for looseness that they are clean of sulfer/battery acid /corrosion around the terminals and post and that you can not turn them by twisting now go to the power distribution box and do the same thing under the hood there's a relay there that should click when you turn the key after the cleaning check that and make sure the cable connections to the box the stud and the cables lugs are clean and shiny also the ground to the engine and those starter cables I understand everything works but that's possible because a limited amount of voltage is needed for this components to operate also this could've happened if corrosion was present you could've lost power momentarily which would sound the alarm or the horn it would've put the car into theft mode if the remote keyfob was not used to stop it you have a pats system (secure a lock) from ford with a chip key any break in power will cause your vehicle to go into theft mode and you might not have known that it happened this will give you a totally dead key no click at all as well as the neutral safety switch same thing if not adjusted properly if that applies to your car you need to have someone turn the key to start while you are moving the switch to adjust it then it will crank, and remember that obviously I'm not there so I need you to be as precise as possible in your post of (a) symptoms before you changed any parts (b) all the things you did upto now and write it all down so you don't forget to include it in the next post we will get there good luck stephen

Reset code for 2005 Ford Focus keyless entry remote

So this answer is on the same topic of a 2005 Ford Focus keyless entry remote. There is no way to "reset" the code from the vehicle, however you can reprogram an existing or program a new keyless entry remote to your Ford Focus by using these simple instructions: *** THERE ARE 2 POSSIBLE PROGRAMMING PROCEDURES. ***Procedure #1 Note: Obtain all remote transmitters for this vehicle. Note: Do not depress the brake pedal during procedure.
  1. Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 8 times within 10 seconds, with the 8th time ending in RUN. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming mode. (Off is the position where you can remove your key, RUN is the position just shy of starting your car.)
  2. Within 20 seconds press any button on the first keyless remote to be programmed. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming. If you only have one remote then skip to step 4.
  3. Within 20 seconds, press any button on the second keyless remote. Door locks will cycle again to confirm programming. Repeat step 3. For all other remotes.
  4. Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode. Procedure #2
  5. Note: Obtain all remote transmitters for this vehicle.1Fasten seat belts and close all doors.
  6. Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 4 times within 6 seconds, with the 4th time ending in RUN. (Off is the position where you can remove your key, RUN is the position just shy of starting your car.)
  7. Turn ignition to OFF. Acoustic signal will sound and system warning lamp will illuminate to confirm programming mode.
  8. Within 10 seconds, press and hold any button on the first keyless remote. Wait for acoustic sound and warning lamp to flash (confirming programming) then release button on remote. Wait 2 seconds but within 10 seconds repeat step 4. For all other remotes. If you only have one remote then continue to step 5.
  9. Turn ignition to Crank or wait 10 seconds to end programming mode.
