As Jeff points out the wires as shorting and it is a known issue due to the cable routing. I just watched the video and it is a very easy fix to put it right.

Resetting the airbag light on your Chevy Silverado should be easy to do. Follow this video to watch it being done in a Chevy Silverado. To start with, you will:
Put the key into the ignition
Turn the key to the "on" position
Wait for the airbag light to turn on
Wait to continue until the airbag light turns off (around seven seconds)
Repeat the same steps twice more
Turn on your engine
After you take these steps, your airbag light should turn off. If it doesn't do so, then you should consider taking your vehicle in for diagnostic testing.
If the airbag light remains on, it could mean that something in the system is faulty. That could mean the airbag, the computer wiring, or another issue. Oftentimes, when the airbag light comes on unexpectedly, it is because of interference with the switch.

Sounds like you have an Amazon Lemon, made in China. Find a local auto locksmith. They have a pro grade scan tool computer to check the vehicle systems and also a gadget they can test the transmitter in the fob for its functions.

Yes, aftermarket alarms can cause problems like that, and remote starters are even worse. Better to stick with what the factory designed and put in.
The check engine light has a code and that will tell you what the issue is. You need someone with a scan tool.
4L60E transmission should have come in your truck and if you are putting the same one just those few years difference it should fit they have to both be the 4L60E trans, Good Luck
You have what's called a parasitic drain on the battery. It could be caused by the ECM, but it's doubtful that it is. More likely one of the electronic components in your Silverado. There are many YouTube videos on troubleshooting parasitic drains, or you can have a qualified shop look at it for you.
Common. Pods go bad which are behind each gauge. Simple to change. Order pods for your vehicle. Tilt steering wheel down & take bolts out of cluster to remove. Kit includes solder to install new pods!

Call your local GM dealer and have them check part numbers. I don't believe it will. If the stepper motors went out and the needles go haywire you should have the unit repaired for around 120$ most places will charge. US Speedo The Industry Leader in Everything Speedometer
Okay what you want to do today I can host this is to take all of the accessory belts off of the engine start the motor and listen for the sound if you don't hear the sound then you know it's your alternator or one of the other accessories the reason you take off all of the belts is to see if it's a timing belt what you would not be able to take off cuz that's inside the motor the only way to diagnose it is to do this.
high pressure or low pressure switch is bad, unplug them and jump them to see which one is bad,on a GM,I have found it was always low pressure switch on the dryer that was bad, hope this helps
