First thing to do is to clean the throttle body, this code is indicating a lean condition. The throttle body needs to be cleaned on the front and back sides, this means taking it off the engine. During the cleanng, the battery should be disconnected to reset the computer.

Sounds like a fuse. Are you getting power to the driver door module (control cluster as you say). Below are 3 pictures for you. The first one is the location where the fuse box is located for that fuse (under drivers seat in the rear). The second picture is a diagram or the latout of the fuses. The fuse you want to check is the fuse marked "LT DOORS" or the one marked 02. It should be a 25 amp fuse. The 3rd picture is a wiring diagram for the circuit. If the fuse isn't blown check the power wire from the fuse box to the driver door control module. Sounds like a power issue. There is not a fuel cut off switch for a 2004 Trailblazer. Have your fuel pump relay checked, if it is good I would look at having your pump tested.

put key in ignition turn to the on position for ten minutes. dont touch it watch the security light on dash . after 10 minutes it should be off. if it is off turn ignition switch off for 5 secs. then proceed in cranking it. if security light dont turn off. you have bcm problems. it have to be towed in.

Code 300 means you have a random miss that is not serious enough to pick one cylinder. The computer measures RPM on each cylinder as the plug fires. So it is not that a cylinder is not firing but rather that it is not producing enough power.Other causes are vac leaks and lack of fuel.

I would start with the checking the bulbs, fuses, then check the switch.

Have you tried to add any refrigerant to it lately? The pressure can go up as it heats up, to the point where the pressure switch cuts the compressor off.

Try right above your oil filter if it not there look on the front of the engine it's called a oil pressure switch

this is a small leak in the evaporative emission control system.Most common cause is a loose or faulty gas cap but not always, Sometimes the check valve in the gas cap doesn't seat properly allowing the gas tank pressure to bleed down. The EVAP system needs to see a positive pressure in the tank.

The 2004 Trailblazer has two fuse panels, one in the under hood and one under the middle row seats. The radio fuse is marked RADIO fuse # 41 and is a 15 amp fuse located in the rear fuse panel. To access the rear fuse panel flip the seat behind the driver to the upright position, under it you can see the fuse panel and a diagram should be on the under side of the cover.

I disconnected the battery, removed fuses 10 and 28 adjacent the battery and waited twenty minutes. I then hooked the battery back up reinstalled the fuses and started the vehicle. The battery light went out and the battery not charging message did not come back on. I then went for a test drive. I had a celebratory adult beverage because it worked.

Torque should be about 30-40 ft lbs. This is essentially tight by hand, no torque wrench is often used. See this how to video: Sorry the video wouldn't upload. But the shop (A1 Auto) tightened by hand and for me that's 30-40 ft lbs with open end wrenches.
