My C70 has way more wear on the inside of the rear

2.5 degrees negative camber is not within spec. You need new control arms in the rear. These will set your camber back to the factory setting and reduce your tire wear on the inner edge. The first shop you went to is correct, the camber cannot be adjusted, components must be replaced to rectify the excessive camber. Ive done a couple of New Style C70 rear control arms for this very reason, if your vehicle is under warranty however, the dealer needs to be able to prove that the car needs it. So if you dont have wear on your tires and when the toe was set it readjusted the camber (when you adjust toe it affects camber and caster measurements) then they cant prove to Volvo that it needs the control arms. I hope this helps

My volvo C 70 2007 - battery flat now recharged but immobiliser is stopping it restarting ???

If you try to start your car on very low battery voltage it happen that the car forgets immobilizer codes (key is no longer programmed to the car). If that happened, you need to contact Volvo dealer to program the key back to the car.

How do I reset ecu after long disconnection of it's battery?

Usually depending on your vehicle, you turn the car to the on position for 11minutes,turn it off for 30seconds and it boots itself to the vehicle. That is for when you get a new ecu. Now if the battery has been disconnected for some time then it basically resets itself.

Dear Sir, I have a 2001 C-70 convertable and it

Access to the transmission dip stick is not easy. It is hidden deep under tube and wiring beneath the air intake tube near the battery, it has a yellow top labelled 'Trans' and has a clip that secures the top in place. Check the fluid level when the engine is running and the transmission is in 'park'. If low find some suitable hose to locate it into the dip stick tube and then fit a funnel in the end of this 'extension'. The fluid specified is AW5, Volvo part number 1161540-8, do not use anything else as some fluids do not mix well. Add fluid about a pint a time and check the level each time.
