I presume this is a CRANK but no start issue. You will need the wiring diagram for the vehicle. Then trace it back. It will probably go back through some connectors to a fuse box and then to an engine control module (ECM). You want to know if you are getting a signal from the ECM. If you are, then the problem is somewhere along the way. CHeck the fuse first. You will need some kind of scope for diagnosis. Check out Youtube for either ScannerDanner or SMA (South Main Auto) for examples.

I'm wondering why the guy who is holding the code reader can't tell you what it means ? He is obviously not a Ssangyong specialist - or is it not a Ssangyong Scan100 gauge ?? I'm prepared to get you answers if I know it was done at a Ssangyong dealership on a genuine Scan100 gauge :) This will take 24 hrs once I read your reply

hi guys my rx has same problem there sometimes light on ABS ESP HDC also EPB what should i do now ?

LOOSE BATTERY poor batt clamping in either terminal. LOOSE GROUND. dirty or corroded chasis to ground strap. I had once a 12v batt that worked as expected (did put out a stout 12v (high beams worked ok) but had an internal short, when a very high demand of power (like an start) id did shutoff completelly NEW BATT.

slow starting diesels are related to battery not charged enough or faulty ( diesels have to sin fast when cranking) also it is an indication of low injector pressures or bad injector tips squirting and not atomizing

if there is red light you need to diagnose by car scan
