The code is for a inlet manifold air control actuator but Honda call it a frequency control valve it should be changed for free by the dealer if I'm not mistaken as its a known fault by the dealer

The switch will be on the pump. the part is not too expensive. you just need to unscrew it, replace and plug back in...
