You need to get the number off of the cars computer and call the cars manufacturer. It may be just as easy to go to the dealership. The can get the computers number by plugging in the diagnostic comp. They can also get the code from the company faster.

You need to find out wht is missing , fuel , spark or compression . Videos on youtube show how to check for these thing's . First off what happens when you turn the key to start ? Does the starter engage an spin the engine around ? If that happens it's not the PATS - anti-theft system - this system on your vhehicle will disable the starter fro working.
