2008 dodge caliber ticking noise near the fuel injectors

Some noises are just noises. If it runs and you have no problems, I'd leave it alone. I can hear my injectors ticking as they operate at idle.

2008 dodge caliber will only idle no throttle response

Either the throttle body(TPS) or the gas pedal(APP). A scanner will tell you real quick. I have replaced more APP's than TPS's.

Where is the a/c relay on 2008 dodge caliber

Check your fuse box. A lot of people seem too be having trouble wit the fuse box getting messed up on 3 and 4 year old Dodges Calibers. They have been finding a lot of corrosion behind the box. Take it too a dealer or just go too Auto Zone and check it out yourself.

Pulley on my car is damaged

A damaged crankshaft pulley, or harmonic balancer, must be replaced. The easiest way to loosen the crank pulley bolt is with an air impact tool. The center bolt is very tight. A long breaker bar, 1/2 inch drive, with a proper socket on the bolt can also work, but you need someway to hold the crankshaft steady while loosening the bolt-you don't want to let the crankshaft turn backward (counter-clockwise). That is bad for the timing belt. You can hold it steady by removing the starter, and wedge the flywheel with a large screwdriver or prybar held against the flywheel's ring gear teeth. Once you have the bolt loose, sometimes a puller is required to get the pulley off the crankshaft, and sometimes it is not so tight and can be pulled off by hand or with a couple of screwdrivers behind and on each side of pulley and work it off that way.Good luck.
