You need a special puller for the inside door panel. Have to go to an autoparts store for it. Then you take out all the screws on the door panel. The you use the puller on the bottom and sometimes the sides to LOCATE and REMOVE the fasteners..Lift the panel up and away from the door. Careful about any wires that might be connected to switches. Unplug those if present. You will now be looking at a sheet of sound deadening material that has a tar like substance on it. You cannot really save this and it is messy. remove it and then you can see the internal door and window parts. Be careful because the parts are sharp. Long sleeves and gloves are recommended. See if you can reach in under the window and feel for the bolts. If you cannot then the window has to be removed. Locate and remove the glass retainer and remove the window. Then remove any bolts holding the window mechanical parts. Then you should be able to get to the bolts for the mirror.

Look under the vehicle and see where the ac hoses enter the rear of vehicle. The ac evaporator and temp controls should be above where the hoses enter the car. You will need to remove the cover and find the actuator.

Are you doing this yourself? For the money you've spent on parts (none of which apparently made any difference), you could probably have had the engine diagnosed and properly repaired by a qualified shop that guarantees their work. Maybe for a lot less!

Brand new Traverse should be covered under the 3yr. / 36k bumper to bumper warranty. If it isn't much past the warranty bumper to bumper the dealership you purchased the vehicle from may "goodwill it" and go ahead and repair the issue but that is souly up to the shop management to honor something like that. They may repair it or if you have an extended warranty purchased during the purchase of the vehicle, they will honor that warranty. I hope this helps you in the issue.
