I currently have the same issue on my 2008 Tundra. I have noticed that one of the 12v acces plugs don't work. The problem is intermittent and started when the air was damp or after it rained. Now the same lights are on, the 12v doesn't work and the remote door locks don't work. Toyota want to run a diagnostic check at $125 an hour. Did you solve your problem?

Take the break line off of the caliper first while it's mounted so there isn't any flex that will break it, then bleed the caliper when you are done until you have sufficient brake pedal pressure. Before doing that spray the connection from the line to the caliper with WD-40 and let sit for a few hours and make sure it use a line wrench, if there's still flex when trying to take it off, use a hammer to tap on the wrench to shock it free instead of just wrenching on it.

If by "Rinsed" you mean washed then the chances are that water has got into the electrics somewhere ........... especially likely if you used a pressure washer. If it turns over but not fire up then water will be around either ignition coil, distributor cap or spark plugs. Remove what you can easily, dry with a lint free cloth and a hair dryer .......then replace....Bingo.....should then fire up ))
