I found this picture in database, did you look in glove box? I have a tech manual for tpms, for Toyota it just says lower dash for reset switch. For the picture, there is no orientation, you can't really tell anything. The info does say all Toyota with tpms has reset button. Sorry, I'm not sure where it is located or if there is one? I can only go by what the database says.

Dear An,
You have two different systems, but since you car is "newer", they are made to try to help each other if there is a problem.
Let's address the "overheat" problem first, then go to the A/C.
A good mechanic can check the electric engine-cooling-fan for function by "hot-wiring " it.
That fan is actuated by an engine temperature sensor that screws into the engine block.
These sensors can fail, as can the next item in the circuit, which is a relay, usually found in the black plastic box under the hood.
One of those two items should be the cause of the overheat, the way you have described it.
Sensors cost roughly $20 at a car parts store, as do these relays.
The reason the A/C shuts off is likely to prevent overheating at a stop light,
God bless your efforts.
