2009 Dodge Caliber - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Is replacing a TIPM covered by warranty for a Dodge Calibre 2009 model. Several lights aren’t working
The coverage of warranty for replacing a TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) in a 2009 Dodge Caliber may depend on several factors, such as the vehicle's age, mileage, and whether the warranty is still in effect. The TIPM is a critical component of the vehicle's electrical system, and it controls a range of functions, including the headlights, turn signals, and other lights.
If your vehicle is still under warranty, you should check the details of the warranty to see if TIPM replacement is covered. If the warranty has expired, you may need to pay for the replacement out of pocket. However, it's worth noting that TIPM failures have been a known issue in some Dodge Caliber models, and there have been several recalls related to TIPM defects.
If you suspect that the TIPM is causing your lights to malfunction, you should take your vehicle to a certified mechanic or dealership for diagnosis and repair. They can determine if the TIPM needs to be replaced or if there is another underlying issue causing the problem. If the TIPM is determined to be faulty, they can provide you with an estimate for the cost of repair or replacement.

Top end engine noise-valve train?
You may be coming up on the maintenance interval for a new Belt, but I would imagine that this vehicle has VVT, variable valve timing, and that you may need an adjustment on that as well.
Valve noise is most likely what you are hearing.

Where are the relays for the indicators located?
There aren't any relays for this. Go back to the light and check the socket. Rusty or white to green coloring (corrosion) replace the socket. Also check for broken wires right behind the socket.
