You meant the fuel pressure regulator? It is located on the fuel rail and has vacuum attached to it. This is not the problem with your car tho. Check the ignition module, and the ignition coil.
On the top of the bellhousing. From the drivers point of view it is in the 11:00 o'clock position. The harness wraps around the back of the bellhousing and plugs in on the passenger side of the block near the oil sending unit.

The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. When the battery goes completely flat, or is disconnected, you just need to reset the Security System which is done via the Remote Fob.

No, unfortunately you can't, it has to be programmed with the mileage of the vehicle and also with the VIN Number.
You would need an auto electrician to do that, so you might as well call one to get the problem diagnosed and the anti-theft reset. The is only one reset, it is not a phone that has a 'soft' and a 'hard'. An auto electrician will have a professional grade $5k bi directional scan tool computer that can quiz and diagnose all the modules involved with the antitheft system and immobilizer.

An auto electrician can connect a professional grade scan tool computer and record what happens at the moment it stalls. It is more cost effective that guessing and swapping out parts. If your headlight switch is the type you pull out, left of the sterr column on dash, switches tend to go bad, I replaced mine and only had 50,000 miles. try checking headlight relay in engine fuse box first.
