2010 Hyundai Accent. Check engine light with code P0501. Speed sensor. Known front right location. replaced sensor, cleared code, and check engine light goes on and same code of P0501. What gives?

" Known right front location "? It sounds like you changed something else, the speedometer sensor? The picture here is dreadful because it shows a turbo. The VSS is on the transmission and is involved with transmission gear changes. Possible reasons why an on-board diagnostic II (OBDII) diagnostic problem code P0501 might show up are: Problem with the VSS sensor's cables or connections. The vehicle's speed sensor not functioning. The VSS voltage requirements get inconsistent because the voltage goes up and down faster than the PCM expects.

2010 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.5l do i need to buy the spark plugs and coils from a Hyundai dealer?

Basically No. Most good auto parts stores and most online parts sites will be able to supply several different brands of plug to fit your vehicle as long as you use the details you put in your question. You will also be able to do this for the coils as well. The cost will also probably be cheaper as well. Dealerships usually charge a lot more for exactly the same parts bought elsewhere. I think your plugs might be NGK Iridium but there are many other good brands out there that will also do the job just as well.

2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. what is a good 1/2 Impact wrench I can buy to rotate tires at a reasonable price?

A good, reasonably priced 1/2" impact wrench for tire rotation on a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe is the Milwaukee M18 FUEL or the DEWALT DCF899P1 imo. Both offer great power and durability for automotive tasks.

My 2007 Hyundai Elantra is having electrical issues the alternator checked they said it was ok but my lights blink when on

When you say "they," do you mean a mechanic or shop that tested the charging system before confirming it's okay?*Check the tensioner on the alternator belt. The tension could be loose, causing a problem charging the car to the PCM's satisfaction.*Also check the alternator/serpentine belt for cracks. If it has cracks along the length of the side with the teeth, replace it. *Another thing to check is the terminals on the battery. Make sure there's no corrosion on them and that the cables are securely tightened.

My new battery will drain dead if car sits for 24 hrs. I hear a faint hum behind the glove box. It stops when I pull the p/conn fuse, then bat. will be ok. It's a 2005 Hyundai Tuscon.

You most likely have a short circuit that needs to be located and repaired, since something is draining the battery faster than its normal reserve capacity can handle. You'll need to obtain a wiring diagram that details which components are included in the 30A p/conn circuit, and then you can unplug each component one-by-one (or pull their fuse), until the excess current drain is gone. You'll also need a multimeter to measure voltage/current/resistance as needed. If you'd like assistance or need a diagram, feel free to let me know and I'll help out.
