Bad starter, replaced one on my grand sons not long ago, battery was weak, got it charged, still would not start, took starter off,it was locked up,they ordered one from Ebay,I installed, started right up,here's a site for a new starter, you can take off and take to Autozone to test to make sure. Also check the cable that goes from starter to the other connection.https://www.ebay.com/itm/STARTER-FOR-POLARIS-MAGNUM-425-4X4-2X4-1995-1996-1997-1998/262663578665?epid=8008132122&hash=item3d27f82429:rk:1:pf:0
Testimonial: "Thanks but do not think it is the starter as nothing works, no power any were."
Here's the relay solenoid, could be bad,the cable goes to it from the starterhttps://www.ebay.com/itm/Starter-Relay-S...
Get a meter and see if you have power.

If you have cranked the atv without a battery connected it will blow your light bulbs. Replace the bulbs not burning, leave a battery connected even if its dead and pull start if you need to. A battery must be connected. I read and found out myself the hard way, hope it helps.

A battery good or bad (not shorted) must be connected to prevent blowing of bulbs. If the battery is disconnected and you jump start, boost or manually pull start it will blow bulbs. That was my experience.
