My son bought a Yamaha 660R Raptor and the wiring is a complete mess through out the entire chassis. I am looking for a wiring diagram to straighten it out.

if you pull off your headlight you will see which wires go where, blue is normally the running light feed.

I have a 2001 raptor 660 and it's got a replace the sprockets in the chain and when I did that the front sprocket like gave compression loose and now it won't start it just turns over I don't know what I...

timing jumped . had it in gear when u removed chain sprocket. need to align timing ears. check utube for a how to video. its not a simple job . recommend a well known shop do repairs. sorry no easy fix.

I have a raptor 660 just got it been setting 4 awhile put new battery in and it and the started was turning over fine then I squeezed the clutch now the starter won't turn over

Make sure that the shifter did not move out of N. Recheck your battery connections.

660 yamaha raptor keep tearing out 2nd gear? how to fix it ?

Take it to a PROFESSIONAL Factory trained mechanic..they have the skills and expertise to figure out why this is happening. Make sure YOU tell the mechanic everything you can think of..your riding style,..do you drag race it?.. do "burnouts"?.. play in the mud..??..etc..etc..
He needs to know this!! (he will ask if he is really good!!)

I doubt it, the starter bearing is bad too but nada.

I bought a used quad its my first bike, got to exited.I never realized the 2nd gear doesn't work,after a little research i found out this quads have that problem from factory.Some Advice please.

rev high in first, shift to 3rd. repairing 2nd is a total pita

It suddenly stopped moving when in gear. it goes into gears but will not move. what is my issue here?

Will it move in neutral? If it will move in neutral.. its in the transmission/drive. If it will not move in neutral, then its probably in the drive/rear differential.
