Reset gas gauge

Jack up the back as high as possible and then let it fall. Do this over and over until it shows full. That is what I did and it's fine now.

Overheats at under 20mph

Radiator maybe stopped up, try to take it off and clean it out. If you find no problems, you may want to put a manual switch to cut your fan on/off in addition to the auto switch.

Quad starts torun rich when it warms up.starts to run rough and blows blagk smoke

The hose between the carburator and the block is probably cracked and sucking in air. Sometimes you can just put some electrical tape around it and it will work for a while, but it may need replaced.

2006 Suzuki King Quad sputters at high RPMs like it's breaking down. It starts good and seems to run alright except in high RPMs.

Make sure you have the CORRECT spark plug... use what the owners manual says... NGK.. . A non - resistor plug will make some motors sputter at high rpm's ...if the quad calls for a "R" plug..use one!
